Zoe graduated from Sheffield with a degree in Fine Art & later went on to set up Creative Glass with support from The Prince’s Youth Business Trust. In 1998 Zoe secured a glass painting apprenticeship at Britian’s leading designer & maker of stained glass - Goddard & Gibbs - where she continued to work for a number of years after her apprenticeship before concentrating on her own work. Zoe’s work includes restoring glass from The Baltic Exchange Dome now displayed at The National Maritime Museum, besides bespoke individual glass panels commissioned both here & abroad.
Zoe’s love of the puzzle of working through ideas with clients when on commission & her ability to play with design; simplifying, reducing & styling the elements so the composition is strong is what Zoe brings to her workshops with children.
