National Children's Day

Just a quick note to let you know that it’s National Children’s Day this Sunday, 11th May; started just last year by the Save Childhood Movement which promotes something which I passionately believe in - the importance of children being children & being able to explore their creativity. The importance of creative play & interaction with caring adults is highlighted in The Alliance for Childhood’s report based on ‘Modern science which confirms what the early childhood community has known for years—that infants, toddlers and young children need plenty of face-to-face positive interactions with their caring adult….. ...read the rest of the soup serving
